THE HISTORY OF MD ANTHONY

THE BUSINESS WAS STARTED FROM THE FAMILY FARM IN 1977 BY MALCOLM ANTHONY

The business was started from the family farm in 1977 by Malcolm Anthony following a request from a fellow local farmer to design and build a small steel framed Dutch barn. From this early agricultural beginning, the company has gone from strength to strength, diversifying to cater for the commercial and industrial sectors and eventually moving to purpose built premises in Ely in 1997 where the company remains to this day.

The business retains its family heritage with Malcolm's son James heading up the company following his father's retirement in 2009.
